He recently added a Master of Laws from the University of Houston to his law degree from the University of Leeds, England.

- Negotiate & draft contracts: power purchase agreements (PPA), tax equity structures, and engineering, procurement & construction (EPC)
- Conflict resolution, mediation, arbitration, and litigation; among which included support for victorious litigation involving one of England’s most prominent and highest value shareholder disputes
