Mylinh Tran

Mylinh interned at a natural gas company where she drafted commercial agreements including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, water sharing agreements, natural gas purchase and sale agreements, and guarantees. Additionally, she assisted with corporate governance by preparing board minutes, limited liability company agreements, and corporate resolutions. Both during and after law school, Mylinh clerked for Judge Steven Kirkland in the Harris County District Court. In that role, she researched and evaluated dispositive motions for summary judgment and petitions on legal issues regarding a variety of civil lawsuits.
